Browsing this website
The storefront does not require a user account and does not store a shopping cart. We do not load advertising pixels on this site. Vercel hosts the site and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure it.
Inquiry and booking attribution
When a link includes campaign tags or advertising click identifiers, we retain those values in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes to connect an inquiry or booking with its source. A newly tagged visit replaces the previous campaign details. Closing the tab clears this session storage. We do not store names, email addresses or the full browsing URL in this record.
We pass campaign tags and supported click identifiers to our existing GoHighLevel inquiry form. Calendly receives its supported campaign tags when you open a booking calendar. These details help us understand which links lead to inquiries and appointments; they do not grant permission for marketing messages. Browser storage restrictions can limit this tracking.
Payments
Payment buttons take you to Stripe. Stripe processes your payment details under its privacy policy. ArchMythos can access the purchase and contact information needed to identify your order and provide the service. This website does not collect or store your card number.
Booking appointments
The appointment calendars on this site are provided by Calendly. When you open a calendar, Calendly receives technical information needed to display it and may use cookies under its privacy policy. When you book, Calendly processes your name, email address, time zone, appointment details, and answers you choose to provide. Brandon uses these details to arrange your session. Appointments are added to his connected Google Calendar, with Google Meet details for the call.
Contact and service delivery
If you email Brandon or submit an inquiry, the contact details and information you choose to share are used to respond, scope work, arrange services, and support your purchase. Please do not include passwords, card details, sensitive customer records, or API keys in an initial inquiry. GoHighLevel and LeadConnector host the inquiry form and process your submission so we can respond by email without requiring SMS consent.
Text messages and consent
Texting is optional. If you request a text reply, we use your mobile number, message and SMS consent record to respond about your inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, changes and support. GoHighLevel and its LeadConnector messaging service process these details to provide the service. Opening the inquiry form also lets that provider process technical request information needed to display and secure it.
We do not sell or share mobile information, opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that help us deliver this service may process this information for that purpose. Reply STOP to stop texts. Data security
Our website and inquiry form use HTTPS to encrypt information in transit. We access submitted inquiries and consent records through authenticated provider accounts. We use these access controls to help protect your information from unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details or sensitive customer records through the inquiry form.
Questions and requests
Contact brandon@archmythos.com about your information, correction, or deletion requests. Some transaction information may need to be retained for accounting or other applicable obligations. Any additional data handling required for a custom project will be discussed as part of its scope.
